I would personally go with Raptors since my main is an Elementalist, this is my list for best places:

-Raptors (600/smite, E/A and W/Rt in HM and Ranger, Monk/me or Me/mo in NM)

-Vermin (I personally use E/D Fleeting stability here) they are quite good for event items in Cantha)

-GotK (Everything, did it with all proffesion exept for Mesmer myself NM)

I don't think there is one posted but I picture it being R/Rt with vwk. Probably only viable in nm but mode doesn't really matter.

SQ coupled with Dwarven Stability... And then some weapon spell, maybe weapon of warding.. I dunno xD Dont think its worth it, Elementalist would be much faster.

I'm in need of ranger build buils to farm 'em items as well.It's said the items will drop in lands of Tyria.So basically they can't drop off Zelnehlun's buddies,huh since they are in Elona?

2 run skills to get to the cave faster, whirling defense to round them up, and ancestor's rage + VwK to kill them. It's really easy.

GL, I'm not getting many drops though.
